From start to finish Jay was a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to meet us at the suppliers to go over color choice and finish then kept us updated with a start date and time. Jay and his assistant completed my garage and pergola area to an exceptional standard. He was very prompt, attentive to detail and gave me various options, very punctual and provided many suggestions to suit my colour scheme. He was a pleasure to deal with. I want people to be aware do not deal with this company I have had my garage and a commercial warehouseThe garage after a short period developed bubbles and started to peel off the concreteJay the owner assessed it and said to fix it I have to pay again which I did only for it to peel againNow he ignores me and has no solutionThe warehouse had to re done jays excuse he used the wrong final coat wanted me to pay againVery unprofessional he admitted to me he did a short course in Qld and now he has been let loose on customersNot trustworthy terrible attitude I’m sure he will not be in business for too longI know another customer with similar issuesDo not use this guy hopeless

Phenomenal experience engaging Jay from London Linings to work on my garage floor. I spoke with several other businesses prior to finding Jay. From our first phone call, I knew I wanted to go ahead with Jay, even though he wasn't the cheapest.Jay was kind and respectful over the phone and very responsive over text messaging. He gave me pointers on finding the right look I wanted by telling me about the showroom. He also went above and beyond to provide recommendations based on the colour of our house.He was professional and on time and I genuinely couldn't have asked for more. Jay did our garage epoxy in Ash full flakes. We are so happy with the final result. It is not too dark as I want to see spiders and other insects but not too light, making it easy to maintain. Jay was prompt, honest and always responsive to my questions. He used quality epoxy and very professional. Can't recommend him enough.
